DUBOIS – Once again the defense team for former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio and former city employee Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer has been granted another 30 day extension.
They face potential prison time and fines for allegedly stealing around $1.5 million dollars between 2008 and 2022.
On October 9th, they pleaded not guilty, requesting a jury trial.
The new deadline is February 20th.
