DuBois, PA – This Saturday, a peaceful demonstration is scheduled for the DuBois City Park at 2 p.m.
The group will be gathering in DuBois.
This is not a private group, and everyone is invited to attend. However, they want only peaceful gathering and encourage all the community to come out and showthat they “are tired of nothing changing.”
The group of protesters say, “It’s past time for change. No more innocent deaths by racist people with power. We stand together as human beings!”
The protesting group will be meeting with DuBois City Police today to get a better idea of safety guidelines and what they can and cannot do.
They will also be holding a candle lighting at 9 p.m. for anyone you wish to light a candle for that has been effected by the unjust violence and hate in America.
