America 250th Essay Contest Open

UNDATED – One local student will have the chance to be a part of an America 250th anniversary celebration in Philadelphia.

State Senator Wayne Langerholc Jr. is hosting an essay contest for high school students from the 35th District with the winner attending a special ceremony at the National Constitution Center on May 5th.

Students in grades 9 through 12 can write a 300 word maximum essay on what the American Dream means to you. 

Entries are due on March 31st, you can submit your essays through email at [email protected], or by dropping it off in person at any of the Senator’s District Offices.
