
BROCKWAY – A Luthersburg man is facing charges after he allegedly slashed the tires of a truck parked at a Brockway business.
According to police on December 28th a man noticed that his truck’s front two tires were slashed, the headlight covers were scratched, and the emblem was torn off at the Creekside Auto and Tires.
Police were informed and began to investigate.
On January 8th police questioned 30 year-old Michael Frantz, who was arrested on a warrant charge, about the incident where he said he would take credit for it all.
Court records show that Frantz made several calls about the incident from the Clearfield County Jail.
He has a preliminary hearing set for March 11th
