REYNOLDSVILLE – An Allegany County man is behind bars after allegedly fleeing from officers after attempting to meet an underaged girl in Reynoldsville last week.
On November 27th, police say that 29 year-old Anthony Holcomb was allegedly trying to meet up with a 15 year-old girl in Reynoldsville.
Holcomb had allegedly met the teenage decoy on a dating app and began messaging her. He allegedly asked for inappropriate pictures before making plans to meet her.
On the meeting day, officers located Holcomb and attempted to take him into custody, he then fled the scene. Police did catch up to Holcomb and placed him into custody.
He was then sent to the Jefferson County Jail where he faces multiple charges including felony indecent assault of a person less than 16, aggravated assault, and indecent exposure.
