UNDATED – At the end of December it was announced that Big Lots, which began closing all of their stores due to bankruptcy, could come back after being sold to  Gordon Brothers Retail Partners. Now however, it may be possible that no Pennsylvania stores will survive.

Attorney General Michelle Henry announced that all 64 Pennsylvania stores may end up closing even after the deal.

They are also urging you to know your consumer rights while participating in the going out of business sale.
