BROCKWAY, PA – If you ever find yourself in a situation where there is an active shooter or killer, what should you do?
That kind of scenario will be addressed this evening as Jefferson County Emergency Services hosts a Seminar on Surviving an Active Shooter/Killer event at the Brockway Area High School gymnasium. Doors will open at 6:30 pm, and the seminar begins at 7 pm.
