ST. MARYS – A St. Marys man is behind bars after he allegedly trespassed on his neighbor’s property multiple times.
According to police, on Monday afternoon they were dispatched to a Chestnut Street address for reports of a man trespassing at the home.
Once on scene, police discovered 48 year-old Todd Erickson was at his neighbor’s property and was allegedly under the influence of drugs.
After being transported back home, he allegedly went back to the victim’s home.
Erickson is now being held at the Elk County Jail for trespassing.
