DUBOIS – A DuBois man accused of harassing the city’s former City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio was in court Friday.
According to police, in early August 40 year-old Justin Heffner made several social media comments and posts about the federal level investigation against the former City Manager.
The alleged threats include a Facebook post stating “Can someone just take him out?”
After Heffner’s court hearing Friday, he has to serve 180 days of parole and pay up to $300 dollars in court fees.
