DUBOIS – The efforts of the online watchdog group 814 Pred Hunters has resulted in another arrest of a DuBois man.
DuBois City Police say 30-year-old Ryan Sprague is in the Clearfield County Jail charged with seven felonies. Sprague allegedly sent a number of sexual messages, requests, and photos through social media to someone he thought was a 15-year-old girl, but was actually a decoy for 814 Pred Hunters. DuBois Police arrested Sprague last Wednesday when he showed up at a North Brady Street parking lot where he intended to meet a teenage girl.
Charges against Sprague include statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault, and corruption of minors. His bail is set at $100,000, and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for Friday.
