7th annual Frank Varischetti All Star Football Game kicks off tonight

Brockway – Football is the featured event of Brockway’s Old Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration tonight.

It’s the 7th annual Frank Varischetti All Star Football Game.

Twenty Varischetti Memorial Scholarships will be awarded at about 6:40 p.m. followed by the football game at 7 p.m.

This game features recent high school graduates from the entirety of District 9.

Community Initiatives Coordinator Nick Hoffman talks about the growth and impact of the game:

Saturday events at the Brockway Old Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration include a Corn Hole Tournament, and a 3-on-3 Girls’ Soccer Tournament, plus live music from The Cavaliers on the American Legion Memorial Stage.
