Jones Township, PA – A Johnsonburg man is accused of threatening to shoot a man if he wouldn’t stop riding his dirt bike.
It happened around 6 p.m. last Wednesday, July 15, along Long Level Road in Jones Township, Elk County.
75-year-old Frederick Frank from Johnsonburg reportedly told a 25-year-old man, also from Johnsonburg, that he would shoot him if the young man continued to ride his dirt bike nearby.
Charges have been filed for terroristic threats.
