UNION TWP. – A 63-year-old Brookville man has been jailed, and now faces charges of allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl.
State Police filed felony indecent assault and corruption of a minor charges, as well as 14 misdemeanor charges of indecent assault against John Clark.
According to the criminal complaint, police have been investigating the case since October 2021.
Clark’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 28th.
