Reynoldsville, PA – A victim paid $6,000 for HVAC work earlier this year, but the work was never completed.
State Police in DuBois received a report from the victim on Nov. 9, who say they had paid for work at their home on Bell Street in Reynoldsville back in July but the suspect never showed up to do the HVAC work.
Police do not give the identity of the suspect, and the investigation is ongoing.
