Lawrence Township, PA – Police have arrested a man that they say was touching himself while parked at the Clearfield Walmart.
51-year-old Shawn R. Bloom from Clearfield was reportedly watching women enter and exit the store while touching himself in the parking lot on Sunday.
Lawrence Township Police say they found him parked in a pickup truck in the parking lot with his pants pulled down.
Bloom allegedly admitted to the acts.
He’ll face charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
Bloom’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 7.
