Sykesville, PA – A Sykesville man has been missing since Feb. 19, and police want your help making sure that he’s safe.
A woman called State Police in DuBois to report that her husband, 42-year-old Rally Dean, had been missing since around 8:30 p.m. Feb. 19 and had not returned home since then.
Rally Dean is a 42-year-old white man, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 220 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
