Lawrence Township, PA – A 3-year-old boy was found walking along a roadway in Clearfield County unattended.
Lawrence Township Police learned that the child had been missing for about 30 minutes or more before anyone noticed he was gone and came looking for him last Friday evening along Turnpike Avenue Extension near Clearfield.
Clearfield County Children and Youth Services assisted officers at the scene.
Charges are pending against an unnamed 44-year-old man for endangering the welfare of a child.
