HARRISBURG — The 2024 spring trout fishing season is four months away, but you can now buy a license for next year from the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.
Next year’s licenses, permits and gift vouchers went on sale Friday (yesterday), December 1st.
Tim Schaeffer, the Executive Director of the state’s Fish and Boat Commission, says purchases can be made through the HuntFishPA online portal, using the FishBoatPA app, or by visiting one of nearly 700 retail license-issuing agents in Pennsylvania.
