KANE – Four Tri-County area organizations or individuals will be honored at this year’s PA Wilds Dinner and Awards in July.
The PA Wilds Center announced the recipients of its 2023 Champions of the PA Wilds Awards which celebrates those who make significant contributions to grow and develop the outdoor recreation economy and nature tourism in the PA Wilds region.
Kelly Williams of the Clearfield County Conservation District will receive the Conservation Stewardship Champion Award.
The River’s Landing Event Center in Clearfield is the winner of the Great Design Champion Award.
A junior at St. Marys High School, Alex Luckenbill, will receive the Inspiring Youth Champion Award.
The Alleghey Mountain Chapter of Trout Unlimited, which is active throughout the Tri-County region, is the winner of the Inspiring Youth Organization Champion Award.
