Punxsutawney, PA – A 17-year-old boy, Ryan Schmitt who reportedly ran away from his father’s home in Jefferson County, was located and is safe.
The teen is originally from Oil City and allegedly ran away from a Young Township residence on Friday, believed to be headed to either the Punxsutawney or Oil City area.
Although police do not say where he was, they do say he was found.
