13 charged in Elk County, Erie for heroin, fentanyl, meth

Harrisburg, PA – Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro is charging 13 people in the Elk County and Erie areas with trafficking heroin, fentanyl, and methamphetamine. During the bust in October 2020, they allegedly found more than 8 pounds of meth, which translates to about 700,000 doses.

Thomas Wallace from Erie, Joshua Coles from Erie, Joshia Pulliam at SCI Albion, Margaret Wisor from Johnsonburg, Dustin Black in Armstrong County Jail, Ashley Bowley from Ridgway, Adam Curci from Smethfield, Rikki Curcio from Bradford, Andrew Hoover at Erie County Jail, Joseph Krise from Kersey, James McDonald at Elk County Jail, Cayla Royer from Weedville, and Michael VanDyne at Elk County Jail.
