Clarion, PA – State police are investigating after the sad case of a 1-year-old child who was injured after being pinned under a vehicle’s tire in Clarion County.
There’s no word currently on how severe the injuries were or the condition of the child at this time.
Troopers say the 1-year-old was transported to UPMC Children’s Hospital on Monday after the child’s head was pinned under the tire while someone was attempting to move the vehicle on Simpson Road in Clarion.
The investigation is ongoing and is being handled as a child welfare endangerment case.
Clarion County CYS is also investigating.
