DuBois Senior League All Star Baseball:

An incredible journey for the DuBois Senior League Baseball All Stars came to a close last night in Easley, South Carolina at the World Series. DuBois was upended by the host South Carolina team, 11-2. DuBois was representing the Eastern United States in the Senior League World Series. Congratulations to the DuBois Seniors for their impressive run this year, claiming district, state, and regional championships; and earning a spot in the the Senior League World Series for the first time since 1986.

Pittsburgh Pirates:

Winning ways continue for the Pittsburgh Pirates, even on the West Coast. The Bucs edged the Giants in San Francisco last night, 6-5. The Bucs have won six of their last seven games. Pittsburgh plays in San Francisco again tonight. The first pitch is scheduled for 9:45. Tune in for Pirates-Giants pregame show at 9:20 this evening on Connect FM.

Altoona Curve:

The Pittsburgh Pirates’ Double-A affiliate Altoona Curve had an off day on Monday. Altoona faces the Portland Sea Dogs in Maine for a six-game series starting tonight. The first pitch this evening is scheduled for 6pm.

Pittsburgh Steelers:

Training Camp 2025 is about to get more physical for the Pittsburgh Steelers. “Acclimation Days” are over, the pads go on, and the hitting begins today at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe. The team has a public practice and workout scheduled for 2 this afternoon.
