Brockway 13, Johnsonburg 3 – Caleb Daugherty went 3-for-3 at the plate, hit a triple, and drove in three runs for the Rovers.
Punxsutawney 10, Bradford 7 – Maddox Hetrick drove in five runs for the Chucks.

DuBois 14, St. Marys 12 – The Lady Beavers posted an six-run sixth inning to take the lead and notch the win.
Brockway 13, Johnsonburg 1 – Ella Reitz and Elysabeth Myers each smacked a pair of hits and drove in three runs for the Lady Rovers.

Elk County Catholic 9, Kane 0 – Lanie Weisner pitched a no-hitter for ECC while striking out 16 Kane batters. Weisner also went 3-for-4 at the plate including a home run and double.
Penn State-DuBois Baseball and Softball:
The Penn State-DuBois baseball team claimed a double-header sweep at Penn State-Fayette on Monday, 15-3 and 14-3. Penn State-DuBois is scheduled to host Penn-West Clarion at Stern Field this afternoon.
On Friday, the Penn State-DuBois softball team will be hosting Penn State-Hazleton for a pair of games at Heindl Field.
Pittsburgh Pirates:
The Pittsburgh Pirates were shut out by the Cincinnati Reds Monday, 2-0. The Bucs’ season record fell to 1-and-3. Game two of the three-game series with the Reds begins tonight with the first pitch at 6:40.
Pittsburgh Penguins:
The Pittsburgh Penguins’ playoff hopes are very alive after their 8-3 triumph over the New York Islanders last night. Eight more regular season games remain for Pittsburgh, and tonight, the Penguins host Detroit. The Pens-Red Wings pregame show begins at 6, and the opening puck drop is scheduled for 7 this evening … on Connect FM.
