Pittsburgh Pirates:

The Pittsburgh Pirates beat the LA Dodgers at PNC Park last night, 5-3. Paul Skenes turned in another brilliant pitching performance, the Bucs swept the Dodgers, and it was the Pirates’ 12th win in their past 16 games.

The Milwaukee Brewers are in town for a three-game weekend series with the Bucs. The Pirates-Brewers pregame show will begin at 6:15 on Connect FM. The first pitch of the game is scheduled for 6:40.

Altoona Curve:

The Pirates’ Double-A affiliate Altoona Curve are hot. Altoona defeated Richmond, 8-2, Thursday night at PNG Field. It was Altoona’s sixth straight win, and the Curve have claimed nine wins out of their last 11 games. Tonight, the Curve take on the Flying Squirrels in Altoona at 6pm.

Pittsburgh Steelers:

Game one of the 2025 regular season for the Pittsburgh Steelers is Sunday. The Steelers go up against the New York Jets at Metlife Stadium with kickoff at 1pm Sunday afternoon.
