Brockway 57, Ridgway 23 – Caleb Daugherty scored 17 points to lead the Rovers

Elk County Catholic 56, Bradford 27 – Chase Simbeck topped the Crusaders’ scoring list with 24 points

DuBois Central Catholic 52, Otto-Eldred 33 – Ella Elensky was top scorer for DCC with 21 points

DuBois High School Rifle Team:

Thursday night, the DuBois Area High School rifle team out-shot Forest Hills by a score of 1322 to 1281. The top three shooters for DuBois were Brady Kiskaddon with a 277; Jackson Shaffer at 271; and Hunter Jeffers with a 263, Hunter’s personal best.

Pittsburgh Penguins:

The skid continues for the Pittsburgh Penguins who were shut out in Ottawa last night, 4-0.

The Penguins’ road trip in Canada continues Saturday with a game at Montreal. The puck drop is scheduled for 7pm. The Pens-Canadiens pregame show begins at 6 Saturday evening on Connect FM.

Pittsburgh Steelers:

The Pittsburgh Steelers will go up against Lions in Detroit Sunday afternoon. Both teams have 8-and-6 records. Kickoff time at Ford Field is scheduled for 4:25pm.
