Meadville 64, DuBois 54 – Noah Farrell scored 17 points for the Beavers

St. Marys 54, Brockway 40 – Top scorer for the Dutch was Devlin Caskey with 12 points

DuBois Christian 57, Calvary Huntingdon 43

Elk County Catholic 58, Bradford 36 – Wil Wortman netted 26 points to lead the Crusaders

GIRLS (Tuesday)

Brookville 43, Ridgway 33 – Samantha Whitling scored 18 points for Brookville…10 of them came in the fourth quarter

Penn State DuBois Basketball:

The Penn State DuBois basketball teams travel to Penn State Greater Allegeny tonight. Penn State DuBois women tip off at 6, and the men’s game is scheduled to begin at 8pm.

 

Pittsburgh Pirates:

Today is the start of Spring Training pitcher and catcher workouts for the Pittsburgh Pirates in Bradenton, Florida. The Bucs’ first spring training game is set for Saturday, February 22nd.

 

Pittsburgh Penguins:

The Pittsburgh Penguins are getting a long break as the 4 Nations Face-Off Tournament is played over the next week. The Pens are scheduled to return to action on Saturday, February 22nd.
