Pittsburgh Penguins:

The Pittsburgh Penguins got snowed over by the Colorado Avalanche at PPG Paints Arena last night, 6-2.

Pittsburgh travels to Montreal Thursday for a game with the Candiens. The opening face off is scheduled for 7pm Thursday evening, and you can catch the Pens-Habs pregame show at 6:30 … on Connect FM and Sunny 106.

District 9 Basketball:

BOYS (Tuesday)

Brockway 60, Forest Area 24 – Brady Hughes scored 12 points to lead the Rovers
Keystone 56, DuBois Central Catholic 54 –
Zayden Jordan scored 20 points for DCC

College Basketball:

The Penn State DuBois men’s and women’s basketball teams will be hosting Penn State Lehigh Valley Friday night. The women tip-off at 6pm, and the men’s game will follow at 8pm.

College Football:

The Penn State Nittany Lions, with an 11-2 record, are in the college football playoff bracket as the number 6 seed. Penn State will host 11th seeded SMU on Saturday, December 21st at Noon.

 

Pittsburgh Steelers:

The 10-and-3 Pittsburgh Steelers, alone atop the AFC North Division, prepare to take on Philadelphia Sunday. The Steelers-Eagle kickoff time in Philly will be at 4:15pm.
