District 9 / PIAA Baseball and Softball Playoffs:
The Clarion Bobcats faced off against Eden Christian in the semifinal round of the PIAA baseball playoffs where their journey ended for the season getting shut out 12 to 1.
Pittsburgh Pirates:
The Pirates battled against the Miami Marlins yesterday blasting out a score of 10 to 3.
The Bucs face off against them once again tonight. The first pitch is scheduled for 6:40pm, tune in for the pregame show on Connect FM this evening at 6:15pm.
Altoona Curve:
The Pittsburgh Pirates’ Double-A affiliate Altoona Curve will face off against the Erie Sea Wolves at Altoona today.
