The DuBois Area School District’s kindergarten registration period is quickly approaching. We respectfully request your assistance in sharing this information with the community to ensure families are aware of the upcoming registration dates and requirements.
Enclosed please find a media release outlining the details of kindergarten registration for the 2026–2027 school year. Your support in publicizing this information will help us reach families and ensure a smooth and successful registration process for our youngest learners.

The DuBois Area School District has scheduled kindergarten registration for the 2026–2027 school year on the dates listed below. Parents and guardians are asked to carefully review the required documentation prior to attending registration to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
When registering a child, families must bring the student along with the following required documents:
- Proof of age (birth certificate or other official birthdate verification)
- Immunization records
- Proof of residency
Acceptable forms of residency verification include a deed, lease agreement, current utility bill, current credit card bill, property tax bill, or vehicle registration.
Having all required documents available at the time of registration will help minimize delays and allow staff to best support families during this important transition into kindergarten.

Registration materials will be available for pickup at any elementary school during regular school hours beginning Monday, February 2. Families are strongly encouraged to pick up and complete these documents in advance, as completing the forms at home will help ensure a smooth and efficient kindergarten registration experience on the day of registration.
