The DuBois Area Council on the Arts (DACOTA) invites the public to its 9th Annual Art Collective and Gala & 2nd Poetry Night on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 5–8 p.m. Visit Deja Brew Coffeehouse, Letty Jo’s Elevated Alchemy, and Raven Moon’s Oracle in downtown DuBois for local art, shopping, raffles, refreshments, and poetry readings—including a spooky-themed session at Deja Brew from 5–5:30 p.m. (costumes welcome!) and an open-theme reading at Letty Jo’s from 6–6:30 p.m. Community members are welcome to read original poetry or works by other poets, with sign-ups available online or in person on a first-come, first-served basis. Celebrate DACOTA’s 38th year, meet local artists, explore the membership drive, and enjoy an evening of creativity and community. Admission is free.
