Police Investigating Corsica Burglary

CORSICA - Police are investigating a theft at a Corsica apartment. Sometime between August first and fourth an unknown number of individuals entered a Main Street apartment and “removed items”. The only noted thing taken was $40 dollars in cash.  Police are still investigating.

ICE Detainee Pronounced Dead in Clearfield County

PHILIPSBURG - Authorities are investigating the death of a man at the Moshannon Valley ICE Processing Center in Philipsburg. On Tuesday morning, the man was found unresponsive in the shower room. Authorities have now notified all proper parties including the Chinese Embassy and Homeland Security.
