Class A – DuBois Central Catholic at Brockway, 7pm Monday

Class AA – Brookville vs, St. Marys (at Brockway), 7pm Tuesday

Class AAA – DuBois vs. Clearfield (at Brookville), 7pm Monday

GIRLS:

Class A – Brockway vs. Karns City (at Brookville), 5pm Wednesday

Class AA – St. Marys vs. Redbank Valley (at Brookville), 5pm Tuesday

District 9 Football

Week 10 – Scoreboard

Brockway 60, Smethport 7 – Brockway will play St. Marys for the Class AAA District 9 championship on Friday (at Clearfield)

Hollidaysburg 49, DuBois 28 – DuBois will face Cathedral Prep Friday in the Class 5-A subregional playoffs

Redbank Valley 40, Brookville 27

Sharpsville 45, Punxsutawney 34 – Punxsutawney will face Obama Academy Saturday in the Class 4-A subregional playoffs

Clearfield 36, Bedford 7 – Clearfield finishes the season with a 10-0 record, and has a bye in the first round of the Class 4-A subregional playoffs

Tussey Mountain 23, Curwensville 14

Karns City 61, St. Marys 0 – St. Marys refused to play the second half … St. Marys vs. Brockway Friday in the Class AAA District 9 championship

Ridgway 68, Moniteau 31 – Ridgway will play Keystone Friday in the District 9, Class A playoffs

College Football:

#18 Pittsburgh 41, Syracuse 13

#3 Penn State 28, Wisconsin 13

Pittsburgh Penguins:

The Pittsburgh Penguins had a horrible trip through western Canada last week … culminating with a 4-3 loss in Vancouver Saturday.

The Penguins host Minnesota Tuesday. The Pens-Wild pregame show begins at 6:30, and the puck drop will be at 7pm tomorrow evening on Connect FM and Sunny 106.

 

Pittsburgh Steelers:

The 5-and-2 Pittsburgh Steelers face the New York Giants in tonight’s Monday Night Football game. The game at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh begins with kickoff scheduled for 8:15pm.
