PUNXSUTAWNEY – A Punxsutawney Man is facing theft charges after allegedly breaking into a home.
On October 8th police began an investigation into 45 year-old Richard Infantino after a victim claimed he broke into their Sutton Street home days prior, providing police surveillance footage.
Now, Infantino has been charged with felony burglary, criminal trespassing, and theft by unlawful taking.
