DUBOIS – A Lewistown man has been jailed after allegedly physically assaulting a nurse at Penn Highlands Behavioral Health in DuBois.
On October 6th police responded to the facility after receiving reports that 51 year-old Gregory Price had struck a nurse in the head and spat on another nurse.
When police spoke to Price, he claimed the nurse had been picking on him leading to the altercation. He then allegedly threatened to kill anyone that came near him.
Price was then taken to the Clearfield County Jail where he faces felony aggravated assault, terroristic threats, harassment, and simple assault charges.
