Martha A. “Marty” Clark, age 86 of DuBois, PA died Thursday, October 8, 2026 rejoining the love of her life.
Born on March 1, 1940 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Elmer R. and Martha M. (Olsen) Hallstrom. On June 13, 1959, she married William F. Clark. He preceded her in death on August 21, 2001.
Marty was the former owner and President of Hallstrom Clark Electric. She was an active and faithful member of Christ Lutheran Church, and had been a member of both the DuBois Regional Medical Center Auxiliary and the DuBois Nursing Home Auxiliary. Marty was currently on the Board of Directors for the Parkside Community Center. In her earlier years, Marty, along with her husband Bill, were involved with the DuBois Little League and the DuBois Volunteer Fire Department. Marty and her family were very well known for their generosity to the DuBois area.
She is survived by her son, J. Christopher Clark and his wife Deborah of Manchester, MD, her daughter, JoAnn M. Kruckow and her husband Joseph of DuBois, PA, her grandchildren, Nicole Herring, Larry and Tiffany Kruckow, and Patrick Clark and Corry Souhrada, and six great grandchildren, Gabe, Elliot, Jamicen, Isla, Robert, and Connor. She was preceded in death by an infant brother, David Hallstrom.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc. A funeral service will he held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 11 a.m. from Christ Lutheran Church with Pastor David Holtz officiating. Burial will follow in Morningside Cemetery.
