FALLS CREEK – A Falls Creek woman has been jailed after allegedly harboring a fugitive since May.
On October 2nd police responded to a Washington Avenue residence for a Childline investigation. While investigating, police located Timothy Irvine, who was wanted by police, at the residence.
Police say the homeowner, 30 year-old Shana Todd, was notified previously of Irvine’s warrant.
Now Todd has been taken to the Jefferson County Jail where she faces felony hindering apprehension or prosecution charges.
