DuBois Man’s Plea Agreement Rejected

DUBOIS – The plea agreement for a DuBois man accused of possessing an explosive and selling drugs has been rejected.

We previously reported that 29 year-old Jeremy Pruszko was charged following a drug and weapon bust in DuBois in December.

Now, President Judge Paul Cherry has rejected Pruszko’s plea agreement believing the six year minimum was too lenient with the number of charges possible leading to a 19 year sentence.

Following the rejection, Pruszko’s case has now been put back on the trial list.
