UNDATED – As Medicare and Pennie open enrollment approaches, you are being warned about health insurance scams.
The Federal Trade Commission says that when looking for health coverage you should go directly to Medicare.gov or Pennie.com rather than clicking on sponsored search results.
You can also get direct help comparing Medicare plans through PA MEDI by calling 800-783-7067.
If you believe you are being targeted for a scam, call the FTC or Pennsylvania Attorney General.
