CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man will serve three years of probation after pleading guilty to physically assaulting a child last year.
On October 13th last year 57 year-old Rodney Foster was accused of striking and choking a child and their mother while in a fit of anger.
Now after pleading guilty to felony endangering the welfare of a child and misdemeanor simple assault and harassment he was sentenced to serve three years of probation. At the time of sentencing Foster had completed anger management counseling.
