RIDGWAY – A Ridgway man has been jailed for allegedly sexually assaulting and impregnating a young girl in 2025.
In late June of 2026 police began investigating 24 year-old Cody Roberts after a 13 year-old victim reported that Roberts had assaulted her in September of 2025 leading to her getting pregnant.
Police questioned Roberts where he denied the allegations. Police then got a DNA search warrant which allegedly confirmed the paternity.
Roberts is now at the Elk County Jail where he faces felony rape, sexual assault, indecent assault, and corruption of minors charges.
