Dana Lynn Maines, 32, Big Run, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2026 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born August 29, 1994 in DuBois. The daughter of Samuel D. & Virginia “Ginger” (Reiter) Maines who survive in Big Run.
She was a graduate of Jeff Tech and had worked at the Courier Express in the distribution department for many years. She was a member of First Christian Church in Big Run and enjoyed attending church mission trips, riding 4 wheelers, working election poles in Big Run and she loved her dogs.
In addition to her parents, Dana also leaves behind a sister Shana (Matthew) Kinley and niece Maria Kinley of Lockhaven, her girlfriend Nicola Fritz of Penfield, step-children Leo Davis of Arizona, Hailee (Levi) Walk of Woodland, Tatiana Davis of Clearfield, Braedon Fulkerson and granddaughter Madison Fulkerson of Clearfield
There will be no public visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Leo Nedza Funeral Home of Sykesville.
