WEEDVILLE – An Emporium man is facing several charges after allegedly physically assaulting a juvenile and a woman in Weedville.
On Sunday police responded to Longview Court for reports of a domestic dispute.
Once on scene police learned that 39 year-old Eric Studer allegedly struck a juvenile victim in the face during an incident.
A woman then allegedly told Studer to stop when he allegedly shoved her to the ground and strangled her.
Studer was taken to the county jail where he faces felony strangulation, endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, and reckless endangerment charges.
