HENDERSON TOWNSHIP – One man has been jailed after police say a group of teenagers allegedly broke into a Henderson Township home.
On August 23rd police responded to reports of an active burglary in Henderson Township where they put seven people into custody.
19 year-old Cayden Wagner allegedly told police that he met the six other unnamed juveniles that day and did not know they were breaking into an occupied home.
Wagner was sent to the Jefferson County Jail where he faces felony burglary and criminal trespassing charges.
