CLEARFIELD – An Olanta man will spend up to six years in state prison after pleading guilty to assaulting an officer.
We previously reported that 36 year-old Christopher Mayhew was jailed after trying to fight officers during a disturbance at Sapp Bros Truck Stop in January.
Now, after pleading guilty to assault on a police officer, retail theft, and terroristic threats, he was sentenced to spend between two and six years in state prison.
