DUBOIS – A New York man has been jailed after allegedly causing an accident in a stolen vehicle and fleeing from police while under the influence.
On August 10th police began a pursuit with Kevin Singh after he allegedly stole a vehicle from a Punxsutawney man and caused an accident on Route 255 in Jay Township.
Police say Singh was placed into custody for fleeing and eluding, DUI under the influence of a controlled substance, and resisting arrest following a foot pursuit and K9 search.
