DUBOIS – A DuBois woman will spend up to one year in prison after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer.

We previously reported that 22 year-old Emily White was jailed after she lunged at an officer, grabbing his neck and hitting him during a welfare check in November of 2025.

Now, after pleading guilty to felony aggravated assault, strangulation, and resisting arrest, she was sentenced to spend between five months and one year at the Clearfield County Jail with three years of probation.
