DuBois Incubator Shed Project Still Moving Forward

DUBOIS – Downtown DuBois’ small business incubator sheds are still moving forward, just with a little setback.

Downtown DuBois’s Executive Director Shirley Dahrouge told us that the four startup sheds, located on the corner of Jared Street and Long Avenue, are currently being worked on after facing some delays and pushbacks.

“The project is now in the hands of architects, and they are working to further develop and enhance the overall design and functionality and the ADA compliance,” Dahrouge said.

The sheds are still planned to serve as affordable spaces where entrepreneurs can test business ideas before moving into permanent storefronts.

Dahrouge says that updated plans will be shared as they become available.
