PITTSBURGH – A 61-year old DuBois man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on fraud and theft charges.
The United States Attorney Office says Steven Gearhart is accused of stealing and misusing more than $1,000 in Supplemental Security Income benefits between 2022 and 2024.
If found guilty, Gearhart could face a maximum total sentence of 10 years in prison, a fine up to $250,000, or both.
