DUBOIS – If you see emergency crews at the DuBois High School this Friday, don’t panic as it’s only a drill.
This Friday at the DuBois High School students will watch a staged DUI crash scene involving two vehicles.
Police, fire, and EMS will respond as if it were a real emergency taking the impaired driver into custody, transporting injured victims through EMS or lifelight, and one taken in a hearse.
Done just ahead of prom, this gives students a firsthand look into the consequences of impaired driving.
This is only a drill so if you see or hear emergency vehicles in the area don’t be alarmed.
